This time I experimented with sea shells and mirrors. Almost all of these pictures were taken in the courtyard in the afternoon. My favorite part is that I brought trees together with shells where you would think about the sea. For example, in my second image I had the trees in focusing in the mirror, while the shells framed it even though they were blurred. With my third image, I worked with multiple mirrors to create the effect of having a lot of shells. One of my favorite photographs is the black and white, where the cracks are really in focus but at the same time the shells are not so blurred out that we don't even know they are there. I had a lot of fun photographing these images. The lighting, shapes, compositions are pretty strong I feel. These images remind me of the ocean and earthy scenarios. Because of the tree, and the mulch that the mirrors are dug into.
